Adopt Change Recruitment Campaign
Black Logic partnered with Adopt Change and My Forever Family to develop a culturally resonant recruitment campaign targeting carers for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. Through thoughtful messaging, visual design and cultural insights, the campaign aimed to uplift voices and strengthen community engagement in care recruitment.

Our Approach
We centred Aboriginal cultural connections to Country in both visuals and messaging, ensuring the campaign authentically spoke to the target audience and reflected lived experiences.
The Mission
To craft a compelling recruitment campaign that invited Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander carers to join Adopt Change’s mission, with a culturally respectful and community‑aligned narrative. We then followed up this campaign with a sibling campaign to encourage that First Nations siblings (kin) are fostered together.
The Outcome
The campaign delivered clear, audience‑focused messaging and culturally uplifting design, enhancing visibility and engagement for carer recruitment across key communities and stakeholders.
